As a longtime contributor to the Rice community, Raymond Brochstein was also a steadfast supporter of the Program in Jewish Studies. The Susan and Raymond Brochstein Foundation Endowed Fund for Jewish Studies was established in 2009. This generous gift has supported many initiatives, including the Jewish Studies Student Association's activities. Our program has lost a dear friend. We express our sincere condolences to the Brochstein family.
